All services are final. Purpose and Resilience states that the performance of Professional Services for customers provided under a contract, were performed in a proper and professional manner consistent with industry standards.

A 24-hour notice is required for all cancelations in order to receive a full refund. All services must be paid in full prior to consultation and mentorship programs.
